The Edu-Suite CMS facilitates the import of existing content from an external source. Based on design and layout requests, a template is set up which allows easy import (and export) without major post-editing.
In the step-by-step instructions below, we show you how we take you along the process from folio to digital or, which is also possible, from an existing external digital source to Edu-Suite’s CMS.
From folio to digital in 6 steps
1. COLLECT Assets
Gather all your assets and then transfer them to a suitable format. Stripped “word” and “jpg” files are a perfect start here.
2. ORGANISE CONTENT
Decide how you want to structure your educational materials in a digital format. Do you want a traditional text /workbook format or do you prefer something else?
3. DEFINE APPEARANCE
Now think about the way you want to publish. Should it be a 100% digital product or do you prefer to create a blended variant. When deciding the form of appearance, you also need to think about your business model.
4. APPROVE template
Based on the input for the layout, a template is built. After approval of this custom-made software, you can start to add content.
5. IMPORT & PUBLISH
Together we will make your educational materials publishable. Because of the template, most content can be read automatically. Minor corrections and manual input of small texts may be required.
6. EXPAND & ENRICH
The ProLearn technology in Edu-Suite’s CMS allows you to deepen and adapt your content. Furthermore, it is possible to enrich your content with the term trainer, animations and video.
