Is Edu-Suite branded or white-label?
Edu-Suite is 100% white-label. You stay in control of your brand, content, and customer experience — we provide the technology behind the scenes.
Getting Started
Do I need to use the full platform?
No. Edu-Suite is fully modular. You can start with a single product — like EZ Conversion, EZ Course, or the CMS — and expand over time as your needs grow.
How long does it take to go live?
That depends on your content readiness and goals. With EZ Conversion or EZ Course, many customers go live in just a few weeks. We’ll assess your setup and provide a clear project plan upfront.
Is onboarding and training included?
Yes. All partnerships include onboarding and support. For larger projects, we offer structured onboarding sessions, best-practice workshops, and technical integration guidance.
Content Creation & Management
Do I need in-house designers or developers to create content?
No. Edu-Suite’s CMS and EZ Course tools are designed for content teams and educators — no technical background required. You can create high-quality, adaptive learning content without writing code.
Can I create adaptive content myself?
Yes. With our CMS, you can define hints, feedback, and personalized progression using ProLearn — either manually, using AI-assisted tools, or a combination of both.
Do you support subjects beyond math?
Definitely. While we’re a leader in math adaptivity, Edu-Suite supports all major subject areas — including language education (with pronunciation and conversation trainers), science, business, and vocational topics.
ProLearn & Adaptive Learning
What is ProLearn?
ProLearn™ is our adaptive learning engine, developed over 12+ years in collaboration with leading universities. It powers real-time student support (innerloop) and personalized progression (outerloop), helping learners move at the right pace — with the right feedback — every time.
Can I use ProLearn in my own platform?
Yes. ProLearn is available as an API and can be embedded into your own LMS, CMS, or product. You get the same adaptive intelligence, hint generation, and analytics — delivered in your environment.
Licensing, Security & Compliance
Can I control who accesses my content?
Yes. The Commercial Hub lets you configure licensing by product, buyer type, bundle, duration, and more. It supports distribution to schools, companies, and individual users — with real-time tracking and full access control.
Is Edu-Suite compliant with Dutch and EU education standards?
Yes. Edu-Suite includes a fully integrated Licensing Office that is ECK-compliant by design, enabling secure, standards-based distribution within the Dutch education ecosystem.
Is Edu-Suite secure and GDPR-compliant?
Absolutely. Edu-Suite meets strict European data protection standards and is:

Pricing & Partnership
How does pricing work?
We use a fair-share model: you only pay a small percentage of the revenue generated from your digital products. There are no per-user fees or high upfront costs — so your success fuels ours.
Do you charge per student or seat?
No. We believe in scaling fairly. There are no per-seat licenses. You pay only when your products generate value.
Is there a free trial or assessment?
Yes. We offer free content scans, course readiness assessments, and sample conversions so you can explore what’s possible — risk-free.
Technical & Integration
Can Edu-Suite connect to our existing systems?
Yes. Edu-Suite supports REST-based APIs, SSO integration, and connections with external LMSs, payment systems, and e-commerce platforms.
Do I have to migrate all my content to Edu-Suite?
No. You can import selectively using our custom templates, continue authoring in parallel systems, or connect via API to sync data and delivery.
Is the platform scalable?
